Today, we are continuing our growth with the opening of our new branch in Zürich
And we need YOU to build the Zürich team under the guidance of your Branch Manager.

In this startup-like experience, you will recruit your future colleagues, build and manage your own team, and act as a HR business partner for our clients.

Backed-up by a solid group, the ambitions of this adventure are thrilling: starting with the branch manager and you, the branch will grow to 10 people the first year, then gradually until 50 people at maturity.

Main responsibilities

As a recruiter, you will carry out internal and external assignments: 

  • According to Best practice processes, ensure high-quality execution of internal recruitments and maximum utilization of available system support
  • Considering external clients: act as a HR business partner towards your clients and help them with their staffing and recruitment needs
  • Ensure business focus in every part of the process, aiming for the best margins, profit and efficiency possible 
  • Take full responsibility as a manager towards your consultants and act as a career partner
  • Ensure that terms and conditions relevant to the consultants’ employment are according to laws and regulations

As a Team Manager, after a validation period, you will be responsible for: 

  • Your own team, up to 4 people 
  • Reach target levels for the process goals & KPI:s 
  • Contribute as a member of the branch management team  
  • Lead and develop the team and create engagement 
  • Secure implementation and sharing of best practice 
  • Act as a role model in living our core values 



  • Sound experience in recruitment, ideally in Zürich  (3 years of experience minimum)  
  • German native, English C1 minimum 
  • French optional
